Inconsistent experience. Some aspects need attention

slow food servicefaulty door
The food service was slow. Wait times were excessive even when the restaurant was not busy. my cottage door also did not close properly. this resulted in insects entering the room, disrupting sleep. it was bothersome and impacted my overall rest.

The landscape design was clever and utilized the natural slope of the hill. Staff maintained the grounds constantly. Our room had a comfortable bed. The restaurant food was delicious and offered many choices. There were lots of activities available locally, including the tiger reserve. I would return in a heartbeat.
Our plunge pool was not as cool as I expect, felt more like a warm bath.

The rooms had nice amenities like a fridge, tea, coffee, and toiletries. Our cottage had a comfortable large bed, ensuring a good night sleep. The hot water shower was good, however, the hot water did run out sometimes.

The food offered fresh choices and the manager worked hard for guest comfort. They provide tea and cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast included omelettes. I found the value surprisingly good.

The staff helped us to arrange transport and activities. I also used the laundry service and found it fine. The restaurant chap and reception were especially nice and helpful. They helped us book a hike into the reserve.

The setting is beautiful. I enjoyed magnificent moments within the forest. The staff were great.. My room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. The location provides a refreshing escape for those traveling between regions.
